This policy covers the Aurum Nocturne website (aurum-nocturne.github.io), its free in-browser tools, and "ouroboros", Aurum Nocturne's internal publishing tool.
Website and free tools
The website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The free tools (for example Sprite Sheet Kit) run entirely in your browser: files you open are processed on your device and are never uploaded to us. The site is hosted by GitHub Pages, which may keep standard server logs under GitHub's privacy statement.
ouroboros (Google / YouTube API use)
ouroboros is used only by Aurum Nocturne to upload our own videos to our own YouTube channel through the YouTube Data API. It requests the scopes needed to upload videos and read our own channel's basic information. The authorisation token is stored only on our own computer. The tool does not access, collect, store or share any data about other people, and it is not offered to the public. Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Purchases
Purchases are handled by itch.io and Gumroad under their own privacy policies. We receive only what those stores share with sellers.
